    RETURN POLICY

    At United Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes there may be issues with the product or the delivery, and we have developed a comprehensive return policy to ensure that you are covered in such situations.

    1. Return Policy

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.

    2. Refunds

    If you wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date. Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a refund, the product must be shipped back to the seller as described in the return policy, and the cargo tracking number must be shared with the seller. If you choose to exchange your product outside of the 14-day refund policy, no refund will be issued for the replaced item unless the item is defective.

    Once the returned item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that it may take up to 25 days for the item to reach us. After processing, it can take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

    3. Conditions

    To receive a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

    • The watch or strap must be returned in the exact condition it was sold and cannot have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Protecting film of the products should not be removed.
    • Any items returned that fail quality inspection from customer service (scratched, worn, damaged) will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above criteria.
